Available now, this modern furnished home is move in ready. Either a 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom and an office home with an open plan kitchen living dining area, and two bathrooms. All on one level. Downstairs is a garage that doubles as a games room and there's a laundry room. Instant hot water is available throughout the house as is the high speed internet.

Entering the house you walk in through the double front doors and enjoy the open concept modern living space. The kitchen has a good sized counter space with a double sink, a micro, coffee maker and more than ample cupboard space. The sit up center island has seating for five and underneath the counter are various appliances. There's a wine glass holder between the double door stainless steel look fridge freezer and the electric stove. From the kitchen there's a four person dining room table and chairs and in front of that a double tub sofa and two single tub seats in front of the 50" flat screen tv offering 50+ channels. A washroom with a double flush toilet and a walk in shower are close at hand as are the patio doors if you want to take a walk outside and enjoy the deck. Especially nice at night with the miniature LED lights on and some relaxing music playing. Pour your favourite drink and just relax.

The three bedrooms are just off the living room. The smallest room has a single bed, closet and a shelving unit plus sliding lockable doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the front garden and driveway. This can also be transformed into an office upon requst. The second bedroom offers large windows overlooking the palm trees. It has a queen size bed plus a small wall unit, a closet and a work desk. Then there's the master. To start it has a two seater sofa next to the lockable patio doors. An ideal place to sit and enjoy the fresh air while reading a book, watching the flat screen tv or chatting with a friend on WhatsApp using the high speed internet. The king size bed looks out through the huge sliding windows onto the palm trees and back garden. The dressing area has a make up table and a huge walk in closet with a full length mirror. Last but far from least is the washroom with a double flush toilet, a jacuzzi bath tub with a step in shower. A large panoramic window provides lots of natural light, and the fashionable sink finishes this beautiful bathroom off.

Before I go there's a laundry room downstairs with washer/spin dryer plus a heavy duty drier. Throughout the house, outdoors as well, there are many light switches for different moods and to create the ambiance you're looking for.
